Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an NC3 Enterprise and Nuclear Systems Integration Engineer to modernize, integrate, and secure critical NC3 capabilities for national security. You will shape resilient architectures, ensure compliance with nuclear surety, and support weapon system interfaces in secure facilities.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑discipline engineering across NC3, applying MBSE with SysML, Cameo, and MagicDraw, and contributing to RMF and eMASS processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting NC3 systems or strategic deterrence mission sets.
• Experience engineering highly secure and regulated systems in shielded environments.
• Experience with nuclear C2 operations, timing requirements, and survivability considerations.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and IaC in secure environments.
• Experience with EMP/HEMP hardening and MIL-STDs and NISPOM compliance.
• Ability to support RMF, cybersecurity engineering, cross domain solutions, and nuclear certification/surety processes.
• Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, integration, and analysis across NC3 system of systems environments.
• Support full lifecycle systems engineering: requirements, architecture design, verification, fielding, sustainment.
• Develop and maintain architectures aligned with NC3 guidance and DoDAF.
• Apply MBSE to model mission threads, nuclear timelines, and survivability requirements.
• Use MBSE tools such as SysML, Cameo, and MagicDraw.
• Support integration with nuclear weapon systems data links and formats.
• Participate in DevSecOps pipelines with secure deployment architectures.
• Conduct cybersecurity, survivability, and resilience assessments in contested environments.
• Ensure RMF, ATO/IATT, eMASS compliance.
• Document system designs and interfaces using MBSE models and technical manuals.
