The position requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and at least 5 years of NC2/NC3 experience, with demonstrated capability in policy frameworks and multi-stakeholder governance. Offutt AFB, NE on-site role.

Qualifications

• Translating strategic guidance into operational requirements.
• Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support national-level NC2/NC3 policy, planning, and concept development efforts.
• Translate complex policy and operational concepts into actionable plans and requirements.
• Develop decision-quality products for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with DoD, Joint Staff, and Combatant Command directives.
