Annual Range in Pay: $60k-$150k

Job Description

VERNON FORD is hiring a Sales Consultant for our store. As a Sales Consultant, which we call Experience Guides, you will play an important role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As an Experience Guide, you will be responsible for assisting guests through the entire car sales process.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Assist with selection of vehicles, presentation of protection products, and overall guest experience.
  2. Provide clear, transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions.
  3. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests, whether they are purchasing an automobile or not yet, have an unparalleled experience.
  4. Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests, and be a part of a team that believes in doing things the right way.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
  2. Experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or the equivalent.
  2. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  3. Valid in-state driver’s license.
  4. Professional personal appearance.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
  7. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  8. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  9. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
