Are you an experienced NC Programmer ready to make an impact in the aerospace industry? PDS Tech Commercial and their client, a leader in aviation, is looking for a talented professional to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of groundbreaking aircraft systems.

About the Role:

Pay: $40 - $90 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As an NC Programmer - FLRAA, you will play a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process with your expertise in CATIA (V6 / 3DX). You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining operational models, 2D drawings, and digital tooling programs. Your work will directly influence the production of advanced aviation technologies, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, interpret, and create Engineering Drawings, Models, and Bills of Materials for manufacturing planning.
  2. Develop and maintain MCAD models, 2D drawings, Loft MCAD models, flat patterns, and digital tooling programs.
  3. Execute CATIA (V6 / 3DX) programs for Numerical Controlled equipment and ensure precision through GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
  4. Support manufacturing operations, provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers, and assist with producibility assessments.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor production engineers, and ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and quality goals.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in CATIA (V6 / 3DX) and NC programming, with expertise in GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
  2. 4 years of college education or 8 years of aerospace industry experience.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to train, mentor, and share in-depth knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in Loft MCAD models and flat pattern design.
  2. Familiarity with the Bell Process Framework and departmental procedures.
  3. Strong ability to perform producibility assessments and handle technical challenges.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $90.00 per hour
