Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced NC Programmer for an aerospace contract position in Wichita, KS. This onsite role runs Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for an initial 12-month contract and requires US citizenship or GC status.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of hands-on 3-5 axis CNC programming, strong CATIA V5 toolpath capability, and the ability to read engineering blueprints and tool orders. Mill-turn experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 for toolpath programming.
• Experience analyzing blueprints, job orders, and tool selection.
• Ability to provide on-machine support for program development.
• Nice to Have: mill-turn programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize CNC programs for 3–5 axis machines.
• Provide on-machine support to verify and adjust programs.
• Collaborate with engineering to select tools and setup.
• Assist in debugging and validating toolpaths on the machine.
