Job summary

WNCSource in Hendersonville, NC, seeks an NC Pre-K Teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning for 4–5-year-olds within a supportive, collaborative program.

The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with NC Pre-K standards, a safe and inclusive classroom, and strong partnerships with families. A Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field is required, with licensure support available. Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance enhance the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field is required.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.

The pay for this position is based on education, and experience.
