Qualifications

• Oversee classroom activities per NC standards and Pre-K curriculum.
• Design and implement learning experiences across physical health, social-emotional, cognitive, and creative domains.
• Assess progress toward School Readiness Goals and tailor curriculum for individual needs, including students with disabilities.
• Uphold health and safety protocols for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom activities in line with NC Division of Child Development and Early Education standards.
• Develop and deliver engaging Pre-K lessons aligned to the current NC Pre-K Curriculum.
• Monitor and support each child’s development toward School Readiness Goals, including children with disabilities.
