Job summary

Decoreis seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to move materials within our Monroe, NC facilities. You will unload shipments, locate and stack stock, and transport raw materials to production areas, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key duties include recording inventory activity, reporting damages, and performing safety inspections. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years of forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience, and a valid driver''s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of forklift operator, manufacturing, equipment operation, or warehouse experience.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.

Move materials around our facilities by operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. The job could involve driving around warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Conduct Safety Inspections
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

• 1-3 years of Forklift Operator , manufacturing, equipment operation, warehouse experience.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
