Job summary

Software Technology Inc. is seeking a Test Scripts Writer to support the NC FAST O&M modules development and implementation. The role involves analyzing requirements, creating test conditions and scripts, and executing qTest-based tests while automating with Tosca.

Collaboration with the product team to diagnose issues is essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on testing experience across web, GUI, client/server, and database environments, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Experience using qTest with TOSCA and NeoLoad (5+ years).
• 5+ years testing web, GUI, client/server, and database apps.
• 5+ years requirements analysis and automated test script development.
• 5+ years manual or automated testing, test plans, and reviewing test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience testing Curam products; health and human services project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for testability from Functional, Business, and Technical Design Documents.
• Develop test conditions, cases and scripts from requirements.
• Develop and execute scripts using qTest to thoroughly test software for defects; automate via Tosca.
• Review test cases and testing artifacts for accuracy and completeness; track issues and reproducible steps.
• Coordinate testing, report and track problems; work with team to diagnose and reproduce issues and implement solutions.
• Provide test scripting data collection and analysis per project plan; ensure adherence to standards.
