SWAN Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Commercial Journeyman Plumber to lead on commercial projects and mentor apprentices. You will install systems on new construction, remodels, and tenant improvements while ensuring quality and code compliance.

The role emphasizes crew leadership, jobsite safety, and coordination with general contractors and project managers on a variety of commercial developments in the region. A current Plumbing License is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed plumber with ability to lead crews.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings is required.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills for apprentice plumbers.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing projects ranging from $30,000 to $800,000.
• Install plumbing systems on new construction, remodels, retrofit, and tenant improvements.
• Supervise, mentor, and train apprentice plumbers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Perform daily job planning and material coordination.
