Job summary

ExxonMobil is offering summer internships for current undergraduates and graduates. As a Business & Commercial intern, you'll work with experienced professionals and gain real-world experience across our global business units. You will contribute to projects supporting key priorities, receive coaching and mentorship, and explore career paths in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and more.

Based in various U.S. locations, including Spring, Texas, with opportunities at other sites.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

As a Business & Commercial intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to projects that support key business priorities. Through hands-on experiences, you'll strengthen your professional capabilities while gaining a deeper understanding of ExxonMobil's business and commercial operations.

Assignments may provide exposure to areas such as:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Finance
• Business Development
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• Commercial Operations
• Strategic Planning

Beyond your project work, you'll have the chance to tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with experienced professionals across the organization. We also host social events that give you the chance to build relationships with your cohort, recent graduates, and leaders across ExxonMobil.

Our goal is for every intern to leave ExxonMobil feeling valued, having gained meaningful experiences, professional growth, and lasting skills that support future success.

Program Details:

• Summer internships: ~3 months

High-performing interns are prioritized for return internships and, upon graduation, full-time roles in our Early Career Foundation program.

Work Locations

As an intern, you'll be placed at one of our locations across the United States based on business needs and available opportunities.

Our business and commercial employeesare predominantly located at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas, where most internship opportunities are based.
