Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Material Expediter to support Navy warehousing in Hampton Roads, Virginia. This full-time contingent role will coordinate shipments, track status, and move materials efficiently to end users under contract terms.

Location includes Hampton Roads and Dam Neck; duty-site allocation to be confirmed. Requires high school diploma or GED with five years in military logistics and a Secret clearance at award. Start date is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in military logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP or similar database systems.
• Familiarity with government shipping processes and policies.
• Secret clearance required at contract award; interim clearance allowed at award.
• Safety, security, privacy training completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, local pickup and delivery, and timely movement to end users.
• Track material status, investigate delays and coordinate corrective action with warehouse and Government personnel.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receipt documentation, including support for DD Form 1149.
• Support receipt inspection, acceptance and accurate ERP transactions needed for vendor-payment processing.
• Coordinate safe handling, staging, shipment records and authorized disposal.
