Ultra Intelligence & Communications seeks a Program Manager for Navy/USMC programs, based in Austin, TX or San Diego, CA. Lead software development, systems integration, and sustainment efforts with cross-functional teams across locations to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.

You will interact with contracts, finance, procurement, and customers, travel up to 20% and ensure security clearance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to maintain clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience managing DoD programs.
• Experience with ECPs, contract modifications, or requirements management.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and cost performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple US Navy/Marine Corps programs through all phases of contract execution.
• Monitor and manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet requirements.
• Deliver financial performance targets including revenue, margin, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
