Job summary

Ultra Intelligence & Communications in the United States seeks a Program Manager to lead software development, systems integration, and sustainment programs for Navy and Marine Corps customers. The role coordinates dispersed teams between Austin, TX and San Diego, CA to ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance meet contract objectives.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to maintain clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Management or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of experience managing DoD programs.
• Experience managing software development, systems integration, engineering, or technical programs.
• Experience with Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), contract modifications, or requirements management.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and cost performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Navy/Marine Corps programs through all phases of contract execution.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet contractual requirements.
• Deliver revenue, margin, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and execution baselines.
• Lead software and systems development, engineering integration, and fielded capability enhancements.
• Coordinate ECPs, contract modifications, and customer-directed changes.
• Identify, document, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership and customers.
• Lead IPT meetings and milestone reviews.
• Coordinate activities across dispersed teams and functions.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage the development and delivery of CDRLs, PMPs, Risk Plans, and Monthly Status Reports.
• Support proposal development, basis of estimate creation, and transition-to-execution activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Apply sound judgment to address program challenges and changing priorities.
