Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Review ship modernization planning, ship availabilities, and contract strategy.
• Draft and process Ship Change Documents for CS, C4I, and HM&E systems.
• Identify risks and mitigations for ship alteration execution.
• Present briefings to government stakeholders and coordinate with Navy offices.
