Job summary
TQI Solutions is seeking a Project/Program Manager II to provide technical leadership on a U.S. Navy software modernization program. You will direct project operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful execution of software development, maintenance, testing, and modernization activities.
Salary ranges from $140k to $170k annually, contingent on contract award. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, with on-site work in Chesapeake, VA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline is required.
- 10+ years of direct work experience in C4ISR or similar programs.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and coordinating day-to-day operations.
- Experience writing proposals or bids for federal or DoD programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical manager for one or multiple task orders for a Navy software modernization program.
- Supervise day-to-day project operations and coordinate technical activities.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across software, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and logistics.
- Interface with the Program Manager on technical, schedule, staffing, and execution matters.
- Lead Agile practices across planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable technologies to support evolving mission needs.
- Direct software design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop and manage schedules, staffing, priorities, and risks.
- Monitor performance and mitigate technical and operational risks.
- Coordinate resources and communications with stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop technical proposals, task orders, and acquisition documents.
