The role covers CBD IPE, DC/FF, and ATA programs including fleet readiness and asset sustainment across 16 Navy-supported sites.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret clearance with eligibility for access to Top Secret.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience on US Navy engineering or shipboard alteration installation projects.
  • Experience directing teams of 100+ personnel and overseeing maintenance, repair, testing or alterations.
  • Experience with Chemical Biological Defense, Damage Control or related Navy systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and QAPP development; knowledge of CDRLs and DIDs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-site program with 160+ personnel.
  • Coordinate activities across CONUS and OCONUS sites; travel as required.
  • Provide senior-level leadership for Navy engineering projects and shipboard alterations.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and maintenance planning.
  • Drive quality initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop IMS schedules and cost projections; manage program budgets and KPIs.
