Job summary
Noblis, Inc. is seeking a Navy training professional to deliver Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) and hands-on instruction in Ship Control Systems (SCS) for Sailors. You will train operators, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure readiness at the deckplate level.
Ideal candidates bring Navy instructional experience, curriculum development skills, and a current interim Secret clearance. Roles may involve Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA assignments with remote/hybrid status subject to change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years of relevant Navy experience (in lieu of a degree)
- 5+ years of professional curriculum development experience
- Navy Instructor experience (formal or operational)
- Interim Secret clearance or higher
- US Citizen
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction supporting Navy-approved curricula
- Train Sailors to Operate Ship Control Systems and diagnose system casualties
- Coordinate with SMEs and government stakeholders to ensure TRD alignment
- Support Navy Ready Relevant Learning objectives and fleet needs
- Maintain safety, accuracy, and consistency across training events
- Execute training at Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA locations
