Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned SAP ERP SME to provide production support for a DoD client within the Navy ERP environment. The role covers SAP ECC modules and a transition toward S/4HANA, with emphasis on Navy-specific processes and security clearances.

You will deliver Tier 2 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for enhancements, testing, and deployment while documenting solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
7+ years' hands‑on SAP sustainment experience for DoD/federal ERP programs.
Expert in SAP production support and advisory roles.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 SAP ECC production support across FI, CO, FM, MM, SD, PM, PS, HR and more in Navy ERP.
Troubleshoot complex production issues with end users and Tier 3 teams.
Analyze system behavior and propose Navy ERP‑compliant functional solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for enhancements, testing and deployment.
Document resolutions and develop knowledge base articles for process improvement.
Advise clients on Navy ERP operations, data flows and S/4HANA readiness.
