Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced SAP ERP SME (ECC & S/4HANA) to provide production support for a DoD Navy ERP environment. You will bring deep knowledge of SAP modules and Navy-specific business processes, supporting Tier 2 activities and coordinating with Tier 1 and 3 teams.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree (with 4 years substitution possible) and 7+ years in SAP sustainment for DoD or federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in SAP sustainment for DoD or federal ERP programs.
• Expert in SAP production support, ECC/S/4HANA transitions.
• Strong Navy operations, logistics, and financial processes knowledge.
• Excellent communication; able to work in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules across FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, EWM, SCM.
• Troubleshoot production issues; liaise with end users and Tier 1/3 teams.
• Analyze system behavior; propose functional solutions aligned with Navy ERP standards.
• Collaborate on enhancements, testing, deployments, and knowledge sharing.
• Document resolutions; develop knowledge base articles; drive process improvements.
• Advise the client on Navy ERP operations, data flows and S/4HANA readiness.
