Job summary

TENICA and Associates LLC seeks an Operations Specialist II (Watchstander) in Silverdale, WA, to support a Navy Regional Operations Center. You will ensure 24/7 situational awareness, manage information through C4I tools, and coordinate incident responses in a high‑tempo environment.

Responsibilities include briefing stakeholders, tracking equipment status, and supporting crisis action management. Shift work: 12 hours on, 7 days off, with periodic night rotations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DoD procedures and security requirements.
• Experience analyzing information under pressure and presenting findings.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 situational awareness and understanding of Region activities.
• Prepare oral and written briefings and disseminate briefings.
• Maintain and track status of ROC equipment and facilities.
