Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) in the Washington, DC area seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support a Navy Program Office contract.

You will assist the prime PM, coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and oversee staffing and schedules to ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of DoD Navy program experience, DoD Secret clearance, strong leadership, and expertise in contract and financial management.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the prime contract program manager on Navy Program Office contract.
• Support contractual matters including financial and staffing management.
• Manage program budget and staffing requirements.
• Oversee task instruction and program changes.
• Coordinate with project supervisors, controllers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain subcontractor relationships and manage customer expectations.
• Prepare weekly status reports and KPI metrics.
