Cortina Solutions is seeking a high‑impact Program Manager to lead and oversee a complex NSWC Panama City Division contract. You will drive program execution with influence across multi‑domain efforts in naval warfare tech, M&S, software engineering, Agile/DevSecOps, and cybersecurity.

The role demands a strong PM leader with technical depth, 10+ years of experience, DoD eligibility, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams, risk, and compliance in a government contracting environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical or operational program management. Navy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Modeling & Simulation, Tactics development including mission, training, and engineering simulations; fleet certification and post-mission analysis; CONOPS development.
• Software development experience using languages such as C#, C++, React, Qt, Python, or MATLAB; proficiency in Agile or DevSecOps ecosystems is required.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and frameworks, including RMF development.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory and active DoD Secret clearance required.
