Ignite Digital is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a US Navy contractor program at the National Capital Region, onsite. The PM will act as the single Government point of contact and senior SME, overseeing engagements, staffing, budgets, and risk management.

The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational transformation expertise, with the ability to coordinate across multi‑disciplinary teams and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or organizational change.
• Minimum 10 years of program management experience in DON or DoW.
• Current PMP certification (must possess at time of award and maintain).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 15 years of consulting with Fortune 500 and government clients on organizational transformation, strategic planning, and human capital initiatives.
• Proven ability to interact with military leadership and C‑suite executives to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contractor and senior program management expert supporting all program aspects.
• Primary government liaison ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
• Lead engagement planning including vision, work plans, staffing, and financial management.
• Provide SME guidance to implement client‑focused solutions.
• Direct development and rollout of communication plans, training, and change management.
