Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Program Manager to support the Navy AN/USQ-82(V) program. The role will oversee cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance across DDG 51, LHA, Aegis Ashore, and FMS efforts, coordinating with government customers from the Washington, DC area.

Requirements include an active DoD Secret clearance, a degree in engineering/science/business, 10 years of PM experience (7+ in DoD/DoN), familiarity with FMS/ITAR, excellent communication, travel willingness, and DC-area on-site

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret level clearance or ability to obtain.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
10 years of technical program management, 7+ in the DoD/DoN space.
Familiar with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procedures.
DoD/DoN 5000 processes and contracting experience.
Familiar with ITAR requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel.
Hybrid work location in the Washington DC area for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

Act as the Program Manager for the AN/USQ-82(V) Program across DDG 51, LHA, Aegis Ashore, and FMS programs.
Responsible for cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance for all contract efforts.
Resource planning and staffing actions for the contract.
Serve as the primary liaison with the Government customer.
Brief program status with financial updates, technical status, and future planning.
