Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager II to oversee day-to-day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination.

Responsibilities include leading program management activities, maintaining schedules, ensuring deliverables meet requirements, coordinating with Navy and contractor staff, and supporting risk management and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities for a U.S. Navy customer, supporting program deliverables, project schedules, milestones, documentation, compliance, and communication.
• Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and communications
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and deadlines
• Coordinate with Navy and contractor staff
• Support risk management and performance tracking
