The incumbent will obtain NSW RSO qualification prior to duties and bring experience in curriculum development and management to a high-standards program supporting naval readiness.

Qualifications

• Must obtain NSW RSO qualification prior to assuming RSO duties.
• Prefer one year experience in curriculum development and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-deployment training for deploying Navy platoons.
• Oversee tactics, techniques and procedures administered to all personnel for pre-deployment Unit Level Training to meet standardization.
