Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) for Navy mission and administrative workflows. This role is based in Arlington, Virginia and requires U.S.

citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. You will collaborate with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions while

Qualifications

At least 6 months industry experience developing production solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience working with Navy DoN programs or Flankspeed environment is a plus.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, including with military and civilian personnel.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports/dashboards for Navy missions and administrative workflows.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors and patterns; implement secure APIs and middleware as needed.
Ensure compliance with DoN security policies, STIGs, accreditation/ATO requirements, and data handling rules in Flankspeed enclaves.
Implement Dataverse data models, manage connectors (SharePoint, SQL, etc.), and design secure data access and RBAC.
Perform solution validation, testing (unit/integration/UAT), and support production cutover and sustainment.
Troubleshoot production incidents; monitor performance and refactor as needed.
Participate in design reviews; provide documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
