Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Analyst, Navy Ordnance SME, to support the US Navy forces at Norfolk Naval Base in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on ordnance management, audits, and compliance with NAVSUP policies.

The candidate will lead inspections, coordinate with ships and shore activities, and ensure audit readiness by managing MRCs and tracking explosives safety procedures. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• DOD SECRET clearance required (current).
• 8 years of Navy ordnance and OIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; or 8 years equivalent experience in Navy supply and OIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and conduct operational research and audits.
• Plan and monitor ammunition onloads/offloads for COMNAVSURFLANT.
• Ensure monthly inspections and reports are uploaded from each activity.
• Use OIS, TORIS and related systems for monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate with ships and shore activities daily/monthly.
• Validate SOPs and instructions; ensure CNSL policy compliance.
• Collaborate with ordnance team to resolve issues; drive improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and provide 2-Star Staff Level outputs when needed.
