MIKEL in Keyport, WA is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support four NUWC divisions. You will develop and apply mathematical modeling, data analysis, and optimization to inform management decisions and design efficient operational and logistical solutions across departments.

The role requires communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Power Apps. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics required.
• Senior Level - 7 years professional experience.
• Journeyman Level - 3 years professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply mathematical modeling, data analysis, and optimization methodologies to support management decision-making and design efficient operational, logistical, and decision-support solutions across NUWC Keyport departments.
• Apply analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering to coordinate and manage large organizations and resources.
