Job summary

US Federal Solutions (USFS) is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support Navy Medicine and Navy Medicine Enterprise. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders, developing dashboards, and delivering decision-ready analyses.

You will collaborate with program managers and government personnel, presenting findings in clear formats and ensuring accuracy. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid analytical background.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years.
ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Experience developing dashboards and data storytelling for leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical methodologies to evaluate complex issues.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, relationships, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
Evaluate alternatives and provide analytical insight to support leadership decisions.
Translate complex data into clear findings for government stakeholders.
Develop dashboards, tables, charts, and other analytic products to communicate results.
Present data in the context of available options to inform action.
Produce high-quality analytic submissions for faster, more informed decisions.
Collaborate with program managers and government personnel to define requirements.
Validate outputs for accuracy, completeness, and usability.
