Job summary

US Federal Solutions (USFS) in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.

You will develop analytical methods, evaluate alternatives, and present findings through dashboards, spreadsheets, tables, graphics, and other decision-support products. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities with clear communication to help senior stakeholders understand data, alternatives, and recommended actions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with relevant experience or equivalent DoD exposure.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights and reports.
• Experience developing dashboards and visual reporting products.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical approaches to evaluate complex issues.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to spot trends and risks.
• Evaluate options and provide analytical insights for leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear findings for government stakeholders.
• Create dashboards, tables, charts, and other analytical outputs.
• Present data with context of alternatives to support actions.
• Produce high quality analytical submissions for decisions.
• Organize information so complex findings are user-friendly.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to programs and priorities.
• Identify KPIs and trends for leadership visibility.
• Assist with reports, briefings, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, and gov personnel to meet requirements.
• Validate outputs for accuracy and usability before presentation.
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and presentations.
• Improve accessibility of data for executives and operators.
