Job summary

Teledyne FLIR seeks a Navy Medicine Subject Matter Expert to support Advanced Analytic efforts within the DoD Medical Enterprise. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and SMEs to identify opportunities and execute projects that impact Navy Medicine’s mission, readiness, and population health management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration or Health Sciences, Operations Research, Business Science, or other analytical field.
• Graduate of Naval Postgraduate School or a Service Staff College (JPME Phase 1 credit).
• 15+ years of progressively more responsible analytic roles in a large enterprise, including at least 4 years in Navy Medicine at HQ/staff level.

Responsibilities

• Support Advanced Analytic efforts within the DoD Medical Enterprise.
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, other SMEs and data engineers to identify opportunities and execute high-priority projects.
• Advise technical staff on Navy Medicine data systems, processes and organizational roles/responsibilities.
• Prepare white papers, concept papers, technical reports, meeting summaries and briefs to support strategic decisions.
