Job summary

Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. seeks a Navy Medicine Subject Matter Expert to advance analytic efforts within the DoD Medical Enterprise. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and SMEs to turn insights into actionable projects for Navy Medicine leadership.

You will prepare technical reports and briefs, advise on data systems and processes, and engage with customers to ensure relevance and impact. Remote with occasional in-person meetings near San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care management, business administration, health sciences, OR analytics field.
• Graduate of Naval Postgraduate School or Service Staff College (JPME Phase 1 credit).
• 15+ years of analytics experience in a large enterprise with 4+ years supporting Navy Medicine at HQ/staff level.
• Strong communication skills to elicit goals and outcomes with leadership at all levels across functions.
• Excellent action officer skills to design, develop and represent business products.
• Possess or able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Advanced Analytic efforts within the DoD Medical Enterprise.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, SMEs and data engineers to identify opportunities and execute projects.
• Advise technical staff on Navy Medicine data systems, processes and responsibilities.
• Prepare white papers, concept papers, technical reports, briefs and documentation for strategic decisions.
• Work remotely with San Diego-area meetings as needed to support customer engagement.
