Responsibilities include design, hydraulic calculations, compliance with OPNAVINST 11320.23G and NFPA standards, and coordination with Navy infrastructures. Training and technical support are part of the role, with a focus on project integration and documentation.

Qualificações

• PE license in Fire Protection is required.
• Degree in Fire Protection Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OPNAVINST 11320.23G and NFPA codes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and review fire protection system designs per OPNAVINST 11320.23G.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and analyses for fire protection systems.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with applicable codes.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate fire protection into Navy infrastructure.
• Develop documentation: reports, specs, and drawings per standards.
• Provide expert consultation on fire protection strategies to stakeholders.
