The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), PMP certification, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. A competitive salary of $135,000-$150,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Strong knowledge of program management frameworks and lifecycle execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall program planning and execution for assigned task orders.
• Manage staff and oversee resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality and contract administration requirements.
