Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive material from specified on-base locations and verify against documents.
• Process receipts by material type and enter data into Navy ERP.
• Inspect shipping packaging and material for damage or discrepancy; count and identify part numbers.
• Document damaged, deficient, mismatched, or nonconforming materials; prepare required reports.
• Maintain orders, bills of lading, and custody logs; ensure records are complete.
• Provide customer service by phone, email, and in-person; respond to inquiries and provide guidance.
