Job summary

DLH is seeking a Supply Technician at Naval Station Norfolk to manage the lifecycle of electronic and electrical materials, ensuring strict inventory control and on-time deployment readiness. You will handle receipt inspections, barcode tracking, and digital-to-physical inventory alignment while supporting FIAR compliance and DoD documentation.

The role requires hands-on warehouse work, forklift operation, knowledge of CMPRO and Navy ERP, and the ability to coordinate daily material operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years in automated supply, inventory control, or warehouse logistics, including lead-level duties in a DoD environment.
• Experience with DoD electronic/electrical repair and installation material acquisition, ordering, and distribution.
• Knowledge of standard supply operations: receiving, storage, issuing, shipping.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical supply operations, warehousing, and property control for DoD electronic/electrical projects.
• Use Navy ERP and CMPRO to process real-time transactions, barcode tracking, stock level monitoring, and inventory alignment.
• Prepare DD Form 1149 shipping and transfer documents for chain-of-custody and tracking.
• Maintain asset tracking and FIAR-compliant inventory records.
• Operate PHS&T procedures to safely handle and store ESD electronics and HAZMAT.
• Lead kitting operations and assemble deployment kits for installation teams.
• Perform data entry and inventory reconciliation across systems to match parts and serials to contracts.
