Qualifications

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports DESCP attorneys in representing DESCP clients.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and case summaries.
• Maintain case files and legal documentation.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and client support.
• Utilizes databases such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, VA's Veterans Tracking Application (VTA), and their websites for legal research.
• Manage schedules, reports, and administrative functions.
