Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical discipline; a Master's is strongly preferred to support executive‑level analytics.
• 7–10 years evaluating business operations and applying data analysis to improve processes.
• Experience building high‑level briefings, decision packages, and read‑aheads for senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex data clearly to DON leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support an Echelon 1 organization and interact with FO/GO/SES principals on DON programs.
• Develop dashboards and metrics, establish KPIs, and provide cadence reporting.
• Frame options with rigorous risk and trade‑off analysis for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate multi‑stakeholder efforts and sustain governance rhythms.
• Prepare executive‑level briefs, talking points, and meeting minutes; track action items.
