Alpha Omega Integration in Millington, TN is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a long-term federal project. You will identify data sources, analyze data, ensure data quality, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights for Navy leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or a Master’s with 0-3+ years. You will work client-facing on the Navy Supply Chain Operations team, collaborating to answer questions and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years of related experience or Master's with 0–3+ years experience.
• Secret clearance required for the role.
• Experience presenting data findings to clients and stakeholders; knowledge of databases and scripting languages.
• Experience building data visualizations and workflows, and using premium Microsoft services/databases where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collect data sources; analyze and extract key data and information.
• Develop or contribute to data methodologies and solutions for moderate complexity problems.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using data visuals and presentations.
• Support Navy leadership decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative metrics and justifications.
