Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Navy Correspondence Analyst/ETMS2 to support a NAVSEA customer. Responsibilities include developing agile processes for ETMS2 task workload, creating action plans, and ensuring timely completion of formal tasks within the Navy chain of command.

The candidate must hold a Secret clearance, be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple projects with high visibility. 3 years of relevant DON correspondence experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with minimum 2 years equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must have direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Must be independent, highly organized and able to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines at the same time.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, using correct spelling and grammar.
• Must possess the ability to work under direction and independently, be self-motivated, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create an agile process to manage the ETMS2 task workload, tracking high visibility tasks and ensuring tasks are properly captured, routed and tracked to completion with proper follow up as required.
• Create a Plan of Actions & Milestones that shows how the ETMS2 tasking can be implemented across the NAVSEA enterprise.
• Assist NAVSEA activities with managing formal tasks to completion, with knowledge of the NAVSEA chain of command and operations, and communicate up and down the chain of command.
• Support the creation of key response artifacts by collecting and organizing documents to ensure completeness and consistency across the enterprise.
• Assist the Government in identifying and focusing on high priority taskers, including Congressional inquiries and NAVSEA-level requirements.
• Create and use an executive dashboard that clearly shows task status across the NAVSEA enterprise.
