Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Navy Correspondence Analyst/ETMS2 to support NAVSEA in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include creating agile processes for ETMS2 task workload, developing Plan of Actions & Milestones, and coordinating tasks up and down the chain of command. The role requires direct experience with DON correspondence, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience handling DON Correspondence.
• Must be independent, highly organized and able to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create a Process to Manage task workload and agile ETMS2 tasks, tracking high visibility tasks to completion.
• Create Plan of Actions & Milestones for ETMS2 deployment across NAVSEA.
• Assist NAVSEA activities with managing formal tasks to completion and communicate up/down the chain of command.
• Support the creation of key response artifacts and ensure consistency across the enterprise.
• Identify high priority taskers including Congressional inquiries and high-level Navy offices.
• Develop and use an executive dashboard showing NAVSEA task status by activity, due date, and priority.
