Job summary

Precise Systems Inc. seeks a Navy Correspondence Analyst/ETMS2 for our Washington, DC client to manage task workloads and dashboards. You will implement agile processes for ETMS2 tasks, coordinate with NAVSEA, and prepare artifacts for high-visibility briefings.

Strong communication and organization are essential. Responsibilities include action officer briefings, templates, and prioritizing congressional inquiries, with an emphasis on timely delivery and consistency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2 years+ relevant work experience.
• Experience handling Department of the Navy correspondence is required.
• Ability to communicate up and down the chain of command.
• Must be independent, highly organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create an agile process to manage ETMS2 task workload and templates.
• Develop Plan of Actions & Milestones for NAVSEA deployment.
• Support NAVSEA task execution and coordinate with officers.
• Create key response artifacts ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Identify high-priority taskers including Congressional inquiries.
• Build and use an executive dashboard for NAVSEA task status.
