Job summary

Intrinsic First is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst – Training Technical Assessments SME to support NAVWAR programs, providing expert evaluation of C4I systems, training devices, and technical data. You will work across Navy acquisition, engineering, training, and Fleet organizations, identifying discrepancies and delivering credible recommendations.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Ten years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis, Navy C4I systems, or closely related technical activities.
Experience performing maintenance on Navy C4I communications and IT systems at sea and shore.
Experience conducting NAVWAR Training Assessments or comparable assessments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical SME for Navy C4I systems including communications, network, and data-link equipment.
Conduct Technical Training Assessments to ensure training devices and data reflect current Fleet configurations.
Develop SOPs, templates, checklists, and documentation for Training Assessments and reviews.
Review Navy training documentation to identify MPT impacts and assess training objectives.
