You will oversee the development and execution of tactics, techniques, and procedures for unit-level training, ensuring standardization and readiness across involved personnel and teams.

Qualifications

• Must obtain NSW RSO qualification prior to assuming RSO duties.
• Prefer one year experience in curriculum development and management.
• SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-deployment training for deploying Navy platoons.
• Oversee tactics, techniques and procedures administered to all personnel for pre-deployment Unit Level Training to meet standardization.
