Description

The Operations Research Analyst will analyze business requirements throughout the system development lifecycle, providing research frameworks, conducting statistical analyses, and building analytical models to predict outcomes of design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Over 7 years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Experience supporting Department of Navy logistics and supply chain systems or similar legacy portfolios
• Active secret security clearance
• Proven experience in analysis and modeling to solve problems
• Operational knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and acquisition management systems
• Ability to document frameworks and defend methodologies
• Contribute to project management artifacts and technical documentation
• Knowledge of information management systems and emerging technologies
• Experience presenting recommendations to stakeholders and leaders
• Ability to analyze alternatives
• Proficiency with Excel or other modeling tools
• Team player capable of working across technical and functional teams
• Must obtain or have Cyber Security Workforce Certification, IAM-II
