Computer User Support Specialist

Locations: Mechanicsburg, PA, Kittery, ME, or Remote | Full Time

Description

The Computer User Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for systems supporting the logistics domain. Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, troubleshooting issues, providing recommendations, and escalating issues to technical subject matter experts as needed.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT support environment, preferably supporting Department of Navy logistics and supply chain systems or similar legacy portfolios.
  • Active secret security clearance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues using desk guides and FAQs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience with trouble ticketing systems such as JIRA.
  • Ability to validate configurations and user setups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills with users of varying IT knowledge.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple trouble tickets.
  • Team-oriented with experience collaborating with technical resources.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Must obtain or have Cyber Security Workforce Certification, IAT-II.
