Job summary

EON Health in Denver is seeking a Navigator II to support care management by validating AI-generated radiology reports and recording follow-up recommendations within the Eon platform. This non-clinical role focuses on data accuracy and adherence to client-approved protocols.

The Navigator II reviews reports, ensures correct follow-up pathways, and communicates findings to care teams. It is a hybrid role with emphasis on precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience required (2+ years in a medical setting preferred).
  • Prior radiology/imaging or related clinical experience preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of medical terminology required.
  • Proficiency with Apple MacBook and Google Suite preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Healthcare data entry, quality assurance, or oncology-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate AI-flagged radiology reports for accuracy.
  • Register reports and follow-up recommendations in the Eon app.
  • Analyze impressions to ensure correct follow-up pathways per guidelines.
  • Document findings and coordinate with patients, providers and care teams.
  • Support quality assurance and process improvement within Care Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and workflow efficiency.
  • Escalate discrepancies to team leads for resolution.

The Opportunity

The Eon Navigator plays a vital role in supporting healthcare organizations by ensuring accurate entry and tracking of radiology reports through the Eon platform. This role requires high-volume report analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to client-approved clinical protocols.

The Eon Navigator’s primary responsibility is to verify AI-generated findings, confirm data accuracy, and enter follow-up recommendations into the Eon platform using established, client-approved clinical guideline decision aids.

This is a non-clinical role that does not involve patient diagnosis, direct care, or independent clinical judgment.

As a Navigator II, you will:
  • Review and validate AI-flagged radiology reports for accuracy, focusing on incidental findings or enrollment in screening programs.
  • Register reports and follow-up recommendations in the Eon application, adhering strictly to client-approved protocols and decision aids.
  • Analyze radiology impressions to ensure patients are aligned with the appropriate follow-up pathway, based on established clinical guidelines.
  • Document and communicate findings through the Eon platform, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, providers, and care teams.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives by contributing to ongoing review and process improvement within the Care Management department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency.
  • Escalate discrepancies or unclear findings to appropriate team leads or supervisors for resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related field is preferred

  • Prior experience in radiology, imaging services, or related clinical settings is required such as medical assistant, radiology tech or similar roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of medical terminology (required).

  • Strong attention to detail; ability to follow structured protocols and guidelines.
