SA-TECH, a DoD contractor, seeks an elite Executive Program Manager to oversee a multi-year Weapons and Systems Integration Support Services contract at NAWS China Lake, CA. In this leadership role you will manage budgets, schedules, and performance, interact with Navy civilian directors and procurement officers, and guide a multi-disciplinary team across engineering and logistics.

Qualifications

• MS/MA Degree in Business, Management or relevant technical discipline.
• ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: BS/BA degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years in Defense Acquisition, 3+ years in Navy Acquisition management.
• 12+ years of direct defense program management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multi-site teams (China Lake, Point Mugu, Eglin) preferred.
• PMP or DAWIA Level III certification desirable.
• Proficient with EVMS tools, IMS, and federal contracting software.
• Excellent presentation and executive presence for briefings to senior officers.
• Current Driver’s License; able to obtain DoD Secret clearance; TS preferred.
• Background screening required (SSN, driving record, criminal check).

Responsibilities

• Contractual governance with cost, schedule, and technical performance accountability.
• Manage multi-million dollar program budgets and EVM health metrics.
• Interface with PCO and COR as primary corporate contact.
• Provide strategic leadership to a diverse engineering and logistics team.
• Identify, track, and mitigate operational, financial, and technical risks.
